- First point of contact for customer seeking technical assistance via email or phone call
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic and questioning techniques
- Understand and assist to resolve the customers’ enquiries, problems and requests at the first contact or escalate the request to the next support level
- Ensure proper call logging, ensure that the reported problems and requests are well resolved
- Undertake project implementations and provide on site support for hardware and software
- Install, configure, administer and maintain servers, computers and network.
- Responsible for installing, configuring and maintaining IT hardware operating systems and application
- Investigate, trouble-shoot, and resolve IT related problem.
- Provide support to all onsite / offsite events.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
*Knowledge of notes dispensing machine, point of sale is an added advantage.
