• First point of contact for customer seeking technical assistance via email
• or phone call
• Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic and questioning techniques
• Ensure proper call logging, ensure that the reported problems and requests are well resolved
• Inspect, service and maintain payment kiosks installed
• Ensure that installed equipment and components are in optimum operational condition
• Monitor and carry out all scheduled preventive maintenance programmes 
• Perform efficient system recovery and fault rectification
• Undertake project implementations and provide on site support for hardware and software
• Install, configure, administer and maintain servers, computers and network.
• Responsible for installing, configuring and maintaining IT hardware operating systems and applications
• Investigate, trouble-shoot, and resolve IT related problems
• Provide support to all onsite / offsite events.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

on The Job Training will be provided

• Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Electrical Engineering or related field of studies
• Candidates with less qualifications but more years of experience can be considered
• Basic computer skills
• Basic understanding of electronics
• Excellent trouble shooting skills
• Able to read and interpret maintenance manual to carry out work instructions
• Good positive attitude with a desire to learn
