At Butterfly Global, we are a leading software solutions provider specializing in information communication and mobile technology with a growing presence in both Singapore and Asia. We have a rapidly expanding team and we are looking for tech savvy and dynamic individuals with superior customer relationship skills to market our suite of cutting edge mobile solutions. The selected individual will handle B2B sales of mobile apps, eMenu, eKiosks and Point of Sales (POS) systems to customers in the retail & F&B industries. The individual would report directly to the Director of Operations and Sales.
Lead generation through researching new market opportunities, identifying prospective clients and developing new avenues of business
Growing existing accounts and actively managing customer relationships with both new and existing clients
Manage all aspects of the sales and accounts management process including prospecting, maintaining and managing client database, making sales calls, conducting sales presentations, development of proposals, negotiating, closing deals and after sales services
Strong business development and relationship building skills (eg: cold calling, appointment setting, email follow ups to generate and maintain customer interest)
Confident and eloquent in delivering sales pitches and presentations to educate clients on the benefits of services offered and effectively addressing their concerns
Initiate and implement sales activities and plans to meet sales quotas and other business objectives
Advise customers on various business grants and incentives provided by the government with the intention of boosting customer receptivity and driving sales
