Roles and Responsibilities
Handle office interactions with visitors. This includes greeting and directing guests, answer phone inquiries.
Keep track of office inventory and supplies to ensure a well stocked office.
Travel off site to deliver documents and files to customers and business associates.
Set up and maintain a filing system in an easily accessible format.
Operate and maintain office equipment e.g. printers and fax machines.
You ideally possess the following experience:
- Experience in basic bookkeeping and tracking of financial transactions
- Set up and track staff leave and time off
- Good organization, scheduling and time management skills
- Previous experience with administrative duties in an office setting preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills
