- Perform HR functions, such as recruitment, sourcing, and screening of candidates
- Liaise and respond to potential candidates
- Develop and complete internal HR processes and documentation
- Upkeep of employee personal files and other HR records
- General administrative duties involving data entry, filing and simple content creation etc
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time
- At least a diploma in any discipline
- Competent in using Microsoft office and high computer literacy
- Highly driven and independent individual
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask and highly meticulous
- Mentorship from management and IT Team to guide and develop intern
- High autonomy and great learning opportunities
