Assist in data entry and uploading of records and documents.
Assist in issuance of cheques and payment cycle related activities.
Assist in general application for bank services and telegrahic transfer.
Assist in GST Queries.
Arrange postage, courier service for sending of documents and obtaining the relevant stakeholders's signatures.
Assist in AGM/Board Meeting preparation, including the Board Papers and logistics (Refreshment, etc).
Assist to prepare and monitor the admin operating works (e.g. Mail collection, Pantry Stock, Stationery Management and other administrative matters).
