Job Description
Job Scope
- Ensure sales invoices and collection are processed in a timely manner adhering to guidelines
- Handle general accounting and administrative duties
- Process employee claims for payment & reimbursement
- Help with handling phone calls and filing
- Assist in month-end closing
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management
Job Requirements
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to details
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Knowledge of MYOB accounting software will be a plus
- Experience in basic accounting
- GCE’O’ Level / Diploma / Interns are welcomed to apply
