Job Description

We are seeking for a HR Assistant who is willing to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties, including but not limited to, recruitment, onboarding and exit management.

  • Posting advertisements on Job Portals, shortlisting candidates and sharing the CVs to the hiring manager in a timely manner
  • Actively source for qualified candidates through various means and sources
  • Prepare HR department correspondences that includes HR letters
  • Process work passes application and liaise with relevant agencies on foreign workers related matters
  • Assist in managing and controlling employee benefits utilization such as leave, medical benefits as per HR policy & guidelines
  • Support in HR administration to ensure smooth running of daily operation
  • Maintain accurate employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data
  • Maintain accurate employee P-files with a proper filing system
  • Provide secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information
  • Support the department head to coordinate and administer staff welfare
  • Other job related tasks as and when assigned

Requirements

  • Only Singaporeans/ PR will be shortlisted for interview
  • Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • 1 year experience in HR operations. Fresh graduates with a can-do attitude are welcomed to apply
  • Working knowledge of labour regulations and industry best practices
  • Team player with ability to strive amid ambiguity
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skill
  • Able to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
