Job Description

• Assist in maintaining the operational status of any system.
• Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability.
• Troubleshooting any technical bugs.
• Upgrading the entire system to enable compatible software on all computers.
• Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting.
• Managing technical documentation.

Job Requirement

• Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• Having some knowledge on coding will be ideal.
• Keen in learning new technologies and skills.
• Possess good communication and problem solving skills
• Ability to adhere to deadlines
• Ability to commit for a period of 6 months or more
