Company Profile

Marketing Communications Intern bSIDE is a marketing communications agency for the future-forward. We are industry- and medium-agnostic, and work with companies that are ready for creativity to be at the centre of their brand.

Job Description

We are looking for energetic interns who are ready to be fully immersed in the marketing communications world — you’ll be exposed to content creation, content marketing, social media marketing, public relations, and more. If you consider yourself a team-oriented person who loves storytelling and is keen to experience life in a fast-moving start-up, this could be the role for you. You’ll provide day-to-day support across the agency portfolio. This can include research, content writing, social media campaign management, media outreach, end-to-end management of media / influencer / consumer events, keeping up-to-the minute with trend and news monitoring, tracking accurate campaign results, and taking ownership of reports. The ideal candidates are driven focused, and proactive, with exceptional attention to detail. We value attitude and eagerness over academic scores.

Responsibilities:

• Research and develop engaging content that will resonate with each brand’s target audience, from Gen Zs to HNWIs

• Manage Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook and LinkedIn accounts for the agency and/or clients, assisting in the production of creative and high quality content

• Maintain successful and productive relationships with third party vendors, freelancers, clients and the internal team

• Be confident with handling day-to-day correspondence on email, WhatsApp and phone

• Coordinate event operations guest list management and pre- and post-event reporting

• Research and contribute to new business brainstorming sessions

Ideal Traits & Requirements:

• Current undergraduate or recent graduate in any field

• Digital native with daily usage of social media

• Lifestyle and culture enthusiast, eager to understand and explore the world

• Availability to work for 3-6 months
