Overall Job Description
You will be part of a dynamic, fast-paces eCommerce team at the Regional Asia Pacific level. You will be working closely with the highly-skilled and experienced specialist in their field of key account management as well as an opportunity to interact with the country eCommerce team to understand the operations.
- Support in creation, improvement process for various online shops and brand websites.
- Creates, maintains, continuously improves tailored innovative local/regional services, based upon globally established standard platform and defined processes.
- Support local business with the existing GIT eCommerce Portfolio.
- Supports local and regional business to define requirements for future services.
- Assisting in defining eCommerce requirements and supports business to tailor the processes to meet the local business needs.
- Involve in analyzing and streamlining business process improvements for better Consumer Interaction product solutions.
- Supports in rollout of eCommerce environment and facilitate online and live system trainings for regional hubs and retailers.
- Involvement in strategy eCommerce project within BSH.
