BSH Home Appliances Pte Ltd – Brand Ambassador (Contract)

This is a 1 year Contract Role. 

Your responsibilities:

• Coordinate Experience Center events towards a smooth execution to achieve the set sales and marketing objectives. This includes shortlisting of event attendees, sending invitations, assisting on registrations and providing on-day support.
• Support planning of events, conceptualize event details.
• Assist on coordination with Chef on recipes and ingredients.
• Prepare and events set-up (table settings, recipes printing, drinks and kitchen set-up)
• Provide post-event support.
• Respond to customers promptly with accurate and prompt information.
• Attend to walk-in customers.

Your Profile:

• Diploma holder with few years experience in service role.
• Passionate and high level of customer-centricity.
• Basic knowledge for MS Excel.
• Highly motivated & self-driven.
