Job Description

What you will achieve from the internship?
1. How to manage customers' requests and feedback.

2. The process of how a CRM is being run in a company.

3. Hands-on experience on customer service. 

You'll work closely with the team and contribute to the company's growth . You'll learn how Customer service plays a part in marketing.
We work in different teams but come together to achieve a common goal! You will learn the importance of teamwork and the day in out operations of a Customer service team.


Job Description

  • Managing data of daily customers' information
  • Assist in customers' calls 
  • Hands on experience: calling of potential customers 

Requirements

  • Fast learner with a great attention to detail
  • Customer oriented
  • English and Mandarin speaking candidates will be of an advantage, as you will be liaising with Mandarin speaking customers
