TusStar was started in 1999, and registered as TusPark Business Incubator Co., Ltd. in 2001. The company established the developing model of “incubation + seed investment” and the objective of professional incubator. It has been awarded as the Advanced Incubation Service Institution in National High-tech Parks and the Best Incubation Environment of High-tech and Innovation Base of Beijing, identified as one of the national incubators by the Torch Center and received the Award of Best Practice of Scientific Incubator.
By integrating innovation services and building business platforms, the incubator grows together with the firms in it. Till now, the company has incubated over 10,000 firms, among which are excellent companies including 69 Diamond Companies, 95 “Golden Seed Project” companies, and 41 listed companies as well as great entrepreneurs including 100 leading talents from “Recruitment Program of Global Experts”, “Overseas Talent Pooling Program” and “High-end Leading Talent Pooling Program”.

The Management Trainee will be given diverse and various operational and analytics responsibilities at one or more of the Company’s business units. The Company intentionally assigns multiple projects from one or more business units to help train the Management Trainee to properly manage multiple assignments and perfect priority assessment and management skills.
Job Descriptions:
Identify, evaluate, develop, and present trends, data, analyses and other relevant information on high potential future businesses, clients, partners, markets, channels and other new growth opportunities.
Oversee and suggest new marketing campaigns, organize selected meeting programs and sales trips,
Identify key trade shows and speaking opportunities. Ability to outperform on all tasks and responsibilities.
Monitor and analyze regular qualitative and quantitative performance reports and updates on current operations and clients to relevant company executives and managers.
Propose business development initiatives to relevant Company executives and management.
Develop and maintain business development processes, tools and databases and maintaining all business development and marketing presentations and materials
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and ability to complete tasks, assignments and company goals in the shortest time frame.
Develop business plans while initiating the changes necessary to achieve strategic objectives in competitive global markets.
Ensure that KPI and all tasks assigned, and deliverables are completed as per the timeline; or earlier.
Protect the company's information and interest.
Fresh graduates in relevant business disciplines, e.g. Management, Analytics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or Business from University of Malaya, NUS, TsingHua University or equivalent.
Age 25 or younger.
Ability to travel outstation.
Excellent computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese, additional languages not mentioned will be considered favourable.
Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills.
