Role Overview
We are looking for a versatile, tech-forward Digital Marketing Intern to join our team. This unique role is ideal for a multi-talented individual who enjoys a mix of creative marketing, project coordination, and technical website management. You will play a key part in growing our online brand presence by leveraging modern artificial intelligence tools to optimize our digital marketing and operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & AI-Driven Content Creation
- Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling engaging content across social media platforms.
- Utilize generative AI tools to brainstorm, draft, and refine copy for email marketing campaigns, social platform posts, and digital advertisements.
- Monitor digital marketing campaign performance and compile monthly analytics reports.
Website Management & Technical Support
- Maintain and update the company website with new content, products, or landing pages.
- Troubleshoot basic technical bugs and ensure optimal site performance and layout.
- Implement basic SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) strategies, incorporating AI search-optimization practices to improve visibility.
Project Coordination & Administration
- Coordinate marketing calendars, project timelines, and cross-department tasks.
- Implement AI-powered automation or productivity tools to streamline team workflows and file management.
- Organise digital assets, marketing materials, and internal software documentations.
2. Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- AI & Prompt Engineering: Familiarity with text-based AI (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) and visual AI (e.g., Midjourney, Canva Magic Studio) for content generation and research.
- Technical Skills: Basic familiarity with website platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Webflow) and HTML/CSS is highly advantageous.
- Marketing Tools: Experience with social media management tools, Adobe Creative Suite, or email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp) is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional organisational skills, strong written English communication, and a natural knack for troubleshooting technical issues.
- Mindset: A tech-savvy self-starter who actively looks for ways to use AI to work smarter and faster.
