Brighton Dry Clean & Laundry is a commercial laundry and dry-cleaning company that provides textile care, linen processing, and laundry support services for hospitality, corporate, and commercial clients. The company handles large-scale laundry operations including washing, drying, sorting, packing, linen inspection, and delivery coordination. Brighton also focuses on improving operational efficiency through workflow tracking, process documentation, and digitalisation of internal systems.
The Business Operations Intern will support the company’s daily laundry operations, administrative work, and internal improvement projects. The intern will assist in tracking operational data, preparing reports, documenting workflows, and identifying areas where processes can be improved.
Key responsibilities include assisting with data entry, quantity tracking, report preparation, SOP documentation, process observation, and coordination with different departments. The intern may also be involved in digitalisation projects using tools such as Microsoft Excel, SharePoint and Power Platform tools to improve workflow efficiency and reduce manual paperwork.
