Bright Culture (https://www.instagram.com/brightculture/) is a growing tuition centre in Singapore focused on helping students learn smarter, build confidence and achieve better academic outcomes.
We believe education should be engaging, relatable and meaningful — not simply about memorising content and preparing for exams.
As we grow our digital presence, we're looking for a creative individual who can help us tell our story, connect with students and parents, and make educational content people genuinely want to watch and share.
The role will also involve opportunities to collaborate with Radical Kindness (https://www.instagram.com/k.weee/) on creative initiatives, campaigns and content that promote positive values and meaningful impact among young people.
- Job Description
You'll be involved in the entire content journey:
IDEA → CREATE → PUBLISH → ANALYSE → IMPROVE
Your responsibilities include:
Develop creative content ideas for students and parents
Shoot and edit TikToks, Reels, short-form videos and other social content
Write hooks, scripts, captions and engaging educational content
Turn complex academic concepts into simple, relatable and shareable content
Create content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram and our website
Identify social media trends and adapt them creatively for education
Work with teachers and the academic team to develop educational content
Monitor and analyse content performance
Identify what works, what doesn't and what we should try next
Engage with students and parents and turn their questions into content ideas
Explore AI and emerging digital tools to improve content creation
Support digital marketing campaigns and Bright Culture's overall brand development
This is a hands-on role. You'll have the opportunity to develop ideas, create the content and see how audiences respond to your work.
We're looking for a fresh graduate from a Polytechnic or University who is:
Creative, curious and naturally full of ideas
Passionate about social media and content creation
Genuinely interested in education and interacting with young people
Comfortable with video creation and basic editing
Able to understand trends without simply copying them
A strong communicator and storyteller
Willing to experiment and learn from failure
Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
Interested in both creative ideas and content performance
Open to feedback and constantly looking to improve
Relevant backgrounds include Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Advertising, Design, Creative Media, Business, Education or related fields.
Your academic qualification matters, but your creativity, portfolio, attitude and values matter more.
THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT
We are not looking for someone who simply wants a social media job.
We're looking for someone who genuinely believes in what we're trying to achieve in education.
You should care about making learning:
More engaging.More relatable.More memorable.More human.
We want someone who can look at a boring topic and think: “How can we make this interesting?”
Look at a difficult concept and think: “How can we explain this differently?”
See a viral video and think: “Why did this work, and how could we create our own version?”
And when something doesn't perform: “What can we learn from it?”
Proven content experience matters.
You don't need years of professional experience. However, you must have created content before.
This could be through:
Personal social media accounts
Polytechnic or university projects
Internships
Freelance work
Personal projects
Content creation
Experience creating high-performing or viral content will be highly valued.
It doesn't have to be educational.
We want to see what you've created, how you think, and what you've learned from the results.
What's in It for You
You'll get the opportunity to:
Build a strong portfolio of real-world content
Gain hands-on experience in content and digital marketing
Work directly with teachers and an academic team
Learn how to turn educational knowledge into engaging content
Develop skills in video production, storytelling and copywriting
Learn how content performance is measured and optimised
Explore AI tools and emerging digital technologies
Understand how a growing education brand is built
Learn from experienced education content creators
Develop your own creative voice and ideas
Work with one of the fastest growing education brands in the social media space
Most importantly, your work will have a real audience and a real purpose.
Behind every view is a student.
Behind every enquiry is a parent.
And behind every piece of content is an opportunity to make someone's learning journey a little better.
