Job Description

Graphic Designer Internship (Part Time / Full Time)


* Internship Overview

We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer / Marketing Intern to create outstanding on-brand visuals that inspire students, impress parents, and communicate our educational mission in powerful ways.

You’ll design creative content for:

  • Digital & social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn)

  • Class marketing materials (brochures, posters, banners)

  • Bright Culture’s proprietary Champion Formula Guidebooks and Winning Formula Workbooks

  • Visuals for online ads, websites, and videos

* What You’ll Do

  • Create vibrant, educational graphics and illustrations for our textbooks and digital media

  • Conceptualize visuals based on campaign briefs and storytelling themes

  • Design layouts, icons, infographics, and digital artwork that align with Bright Culture’s brand

  • Work closely with our marketing and content teams to design social media campaigns that stand out

  • Design creative materials such as:

    • * Textbooks and students materials

    • * Class schedule posters and brochures

    • * Social media visuals and carousel posts

    • * Graphics for TikTok and Instagram videos

    • * Google display ads and online promotions

  • Ensure all designs are visually appealing, educationally aligned, and on-brand

  • Adapt visuals based on feedback and test designs across media formats

* What We’re Looking For

* Passion for design, creativity, and visual storytelling * Strong sense of color, layout, and typography * Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or InDesign * A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail * Ability to communicate clearly and work in a collaborative team * Organised and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment * Bonus: Interest in education, social media content, or video editing
