* Who We’re Looking For — Physics Tutor Intern

We’re searching for an inspiring, dedicated Physics tutor who’s passionate about helping students master concepts, fall in love with the subject, and achieve real results and would like to learn about teaching Physics and Physics Practical.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You’re Someone Who:

* Is passionate about Physics and teaching * Enjoys simplifying complex concepts through analogies, visuals, and real-world stories * Want to understand and learn about the O-Level and IP Physics syllabus (and exam requirements) * Wants to learn how to teach in a structured yet creative way that builds confidence and mastery * Is motivated by seeing students improve and loves guiding them through challenges * Is eager to grow with a team of like-minded educators

* What You’ll Do

• Teach Lower Secondary Science and Upper Secondary Physics (O-Level & IP streams)

• Conduct both theory and practical lessons using our NEA-approved lab

• Use our signature Storytelling Approach to make abstract Physics concepts come alive

• Apply the CKTL answering framework (Command words, Keywords, Throw out what you’ve learnt, Link back) to train exam excellence

• Provide structured feedback and guide students to master answering techniques

• Support lesson content development and help refine our Winning Formula resources

* Requirements

• Strong command of Physics (Degree / Diploma in Science or Engineering preferred)

• Familiarity with Singapore Secondary / O-Level / IP syllabus

• Prior tutoring or teaching experience preferred

• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills

• Responsible, proactive, and eager to improve continuously

• Able to commit on weekdays evenings and weekends (If required)
