BREED Productions – Videography Intern

Role:

You'll be assisting our team in conceptualising, shooting and editing videos for clients' socials with a focus on Instagram and Tiktok. You'll also have the opportunity in assisting and gaining experience with larger scale TVC shoots when such projects come along.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualising videos for clients
• Accompany the videography team on location shoots.
• Assist with setting up cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Capture high-quality video footage following creative direction and guidelines.
• Ensure all necessary equipment is properly maintained and in working condition.

Editing:

• Edit and assemble raw footage into engaging, polished videos.
• Incorporate graphics, animations, and music to enhance video quality.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop video concepts and storyboards.
• Revise and modify videos as necessary to meet client or project requirements.

Learning and Development:

• Stay updated with the latest videography and editing techniques and tools.
• Stay updated with the latest social trends.
• Seek opportunities to expand your skills and knowledge in videography.

Qualifications:

• A strong passion for videography and storytelling through video.
• Experience with video shooting and editing (portfolio or work samples required).
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut).
• Familiarity with camera equipment, lighting, and audio setup.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new challenges.
• Preferred: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a related field (e.g., film production, media studies).
