- Coordinate & oversee the whole interview process
- Manage the offer process & close the deal
- Plan, forecast, & fulfil sales targets
- Engage clients & candidates in relation to management activities
- Participate in Process Improvement Activities

You will be trained in: :
- Entrepreneurship and innovative techniques in Business Development.
- Recruitment processes and procedures. Get valuable human resources experience in jobs posting, selection and interviewing process.
- Event management. To transform and organize related events to engage with clients.
- Networking skills. Your network is your net worth. Get hands-on networking skills by attending events with your mentor together.
- Financial Awareness. Learn about the financial concepts and how to apply them according to customers' need.
