You will be responsible for understanding the various projects/partners that we are working with and to help to plan the Human resource aspects. You need to be interested to be in a startup-environment to able to work independently with minimum supervision after the initial training provided.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing for candidates through various methods to fulfill the recruitment needs such as through resume screening, shortlisting, fixing of appointments, interviewing and selecting the right candidates for the different positions
• Contact potential candidates through calls and messages
• Do job posting on social media sites such as LinkedIn, Youtube, Facebook, Instagram and so on
• Handle necessary paper works and coordination
• Other ad-hoc duties

• Self-motivated, Committed, Positive attitude, Matured disposition
• Good communication skills and able to work with minimum supervision
• Be able to feedback problem and provide solutions
