Responsibilities:

• Responsible to hire/recruit fresh grads who wants to pursue a career in the Financial Industry
• Sourcing talented candidates through a variety of means including events, advertising, and databases.
• Screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
• Managing and conducting interviews with shortlisted candidates.
• Managing all administrative tasks such as updating recruitment databases, hiring profiles, and applicant documentation

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/A-Levels and above
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
• Excellent marketing and advertising abilities.
• Highly charismatic with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience with designing and conducting interviews.
• Min. 3 months commitment
