We’re a nonprofit startup! It’s like being on a new adventure everyday. You’ll get to wear many hats, tackle unexpected challenges, and see the direct impact of your work. In the age of AI, it’s increasingly important for fresh grads to be resourceful and resilient. This is the place to learn it first-hand. We’re a coaching organisation, so your personal growth matters to us (had a really good experience with the last YCCI batch). Oh, and our core work is to match students with success coaches. 

Please note that this opportunity is available only for Singaporeans/PRs who are presently residing within Singapore. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

1) Research on topics relevant for youth self-confidence in navigating the ups and downs of life, in the face of uncertainty, failure and social envy.

2) Develop resources for youth on tackling stress and anxiety. This could be in the form of articles, activities, games, and social media content.

3) Test the resources, gather feedback and finetune further.

4) You are also free to propose topics for research and development that are of interest to you, as long as they align with coaching and the growth mindset!

Learning Objectives and Outcomes:

1) To pick up in-depth research and analytical skills.

2) To understand now just what kind of recommendations to make, but how to make them.

3) To learn how to balance the trade-offs between the ideal and the practical.

4) To be exposed to working nimbly in a nonprofit startup.5) To gain experience in applying a growth mindset and resourcefulness to everyday tasks.
