Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the conceptualization of in-mall campaigns for BreadTalk IHQ Mall
  • Manage contest curation and posting on the internal WeCom platform
  • Take charge of IHQ social media pages and website and ensure all posting and enquiries are handled in a timely and organized manner
  • Assist with compiling of media clippings and event clippings.
  • Support the campaign execution for the group loyalty programme, partnership programme and mall campaigns.
  • Coordinate and liaise with the vendors, stakeholders and tenants to manage the loading on the respective platforms
  • Assist with the dissemination of communication materials to the internal stakeholders and external members of the public
  • Manage the production of print materials and ensure timely delivery to the stores
  • Manage data extraction and support data reporting for the team
  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative matters
