Feedback Management, Support and Administration: Perform collection of data from Comments Form from all outlets submission and perform
data entry, tracking and management.
Outlet Duty: Conduct Outlet visits weekly, assist with outlet operations when necessary.
Administration: Liaise with relevant departments, memo tracking
Training: Perform translation of existing training materials to achieve full bilingual functionality
CCD (Customer Care Department) Matters: Attend monthly Customer Care Meetings, perform additional ad hoc responsibilities when required.
