Job Description
- Educate customers on the Brass Lion story to offer a premium, brand-centric experience for all customers.
- Lead guests through our Brass Lion gin tour and educate them on the Brass Lion story and distilling process.
- Prepare and mix ingredients in advance in order to prepare cocktails and other drinks including food and bar snacks as well.
- Process sales transactions using POS and balance cash receipts.
- Manage and ensure smooth operations of our tasting room, gin school and gin masterclasses.
- Assist and support production staff and activities such as bottling, labelling and blending.
