Brass Lion Distillery – Operations Intern

Brass Lion Distillery is Singapore's first standalone micro-distillery specialising in producing high-quality small-batch craft spirits. The brand debuts with the Brass Lion Gin — a tropical and distinctly Singaporean gin that evokes the island's sense of place.

• Educate customers on the Brass Lion story to offer a premium, brand-centric experience for all customers.
• Lead guests through our Brass Lion gin tour and educate them on the Brass Lion story and distilling process.
• Prepare and mix ingredients in advance in order to prepare cocktails and other drinks including food and bar snacks as well.
• Process sales transactions using POS and balance cash receipts.
• Manage and ensure smooth operations of our tasting room, gin school and gin masterclasses.
• Assist and support production staff and activities such as bottling, labelling and blending.
