Brahman Capital Management Pte Ltd – Junior Electronic Trading Infrastructure Developer

We are a growing boutique hedge fund registered with the MAS as a “Licensed Fund Management Company” looking for Junior Programmers to join our team to build, support and deploy the latest trading technologies connected to various global exchanges to support algorithmic and manual trading capabilities, in a C#/WPF development environment. This is a fast-paced trading environment, and the successful candidate will gain exposure to electronic trading.

1. Background: Computer Science / Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related disciplines. Finance-related background not required but would be advantageous.
2. Technical:
   1. Familiarity with C# .NET or C++ programming.
   2. User Interface experience in C# WPF would be advantageous.
   3. SQL Server and SQL scripting experience would be advantageous.
   4. Knowledge of capital markets is not necessary but interest or experience would be advantageous.
3. Strong programming ability, with experience as a software developer or relevant role.
4. Possess an analytical mindset, able to think critically and pay attention to details.
5. Able to troubleshoot problems quickly and fix errors in code.
6. Able to pick up key concepts quickly and not afraid to ask appropriate questions when required.
