BPI Design (Singapore) Pte Ltd – BIM Coordinator / Drafter

• Undertake CAD / BIM drafting work
• Drafting & designing of routing for Electrical Lighting services drawings
• Prepare design Documentation and Tender drawings
• Coordinate with design team to ensure works are carried out in accordance with drawing specifications
• Update all design drawings as directed
• Candidate will require to design and draw for plans, details for M&E lighting
• Attending the meeting with consultants, contractors as part of project
• Required to maintain all drawing files, update drawings as needed, and make corrections to drawings as directed by the Director
• Coordination of drawings with Clients and updating of drawings base on Meetings and discussion
• BIM modelling, BIM execution plan & implementation, coordination of design & technical related matters with the Architect, Consultants, Clients, etc. to ensure delivery on time with acceptable quality of work

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or its equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience
• Able to read Building drawings, good in Autocad
• Proficient in AutoCad drafting and Microsoft Office
• 3D BIM Modelling in Autodesk is required
• Good interpersonal skill with the ability to connect with and influence stakeholders with different objectives
• Able to solve problems under pressure

Experience:

• Drafting: 1 year (Preferred)
