bolttech Group – Intern (Office of General Counsel)

As a bolttech intern, you will have the opportunity to gain on-the-job experience and training, exposure to exciting opportunities including managing your own project. You will be embedded in a team working along side some of our best SMEs. You will also be supported by our intern program which offers a structured learning experience. 

You will be working with the Office of General Counsel located in Singapore.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Be exposed to integrating newly acquired companies into the bolttech Group.
• Learn the importance of having centralised information hubs and maintaining these hubs.
• Review internal corporate policies within the context of the business.
• Learn how business risk is managed.
• Educate employees on the importance of internal controls and corporate frameworks.
• Have first hand experience in promoting compliance practices.
• Understand the difference between private practice and in-house functions.
• Interact with other business units and witness how the different functions ‘link-together’.

We are looking for:

• A candidate who is curious, highly adaptable and comfortable to work with technology.
• The candidate should ideally be in the second last year of their law degree with a long-term view to work as in-house counsel.
