- Interpret design brief, brainstorm ideas and articulate them
- Conceptualize, design and execute graphic design related projects both for Bolt and our clients
- Engage with clients, external vendors and other designers for projects, when necessary
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Understand client’s branding and style, initiating research if necessary
Requirements
- Some experience in graphic design, posses a good aesthetic sense
- Be familiar with Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator
- Be creative and able to bring in fresh, supported ideas
- Be highly detail-oriented, organized and able to handle deadlines for multiple projects
- Be highly self-motivated and willing to learn
- Have awareness of current design trends
- Have good communication skills and be a good team player
