Job Description
  1. Supervise all movement of cargo, in & out of the warehouse.
  2. Liaise with internal & external customer for operation and documentation.
  3. Monitoring consumption of Diesel including submission of monthly diesel report.
  4. Monitoring quality objective and submit KPI monthly report.
  5. Keep track of inventory control for customer.
  6. Ensure safety compliances (permit to work) and process compliances (Safe work procedure) to the regulation.
  7. Assist operation activity
  8. Meets warehouse operational standards by contributing warehouse information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying warehouse system improvements.
  9. Meets warehouse financial standards by providing annual budget information; monitoring expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions.
  10. Accomplishes warehouse human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising job contributions; recommending compensation actions; adhering to policies and procedures.
