We are currently seeking suitable students for an HR Internship opportunity and would like to collaborate with your institution to list this internship.
About the Internship Role:
- Position: HR Intern
- Duration: 6 months preferred
- Commitment: Full-time
- Stipend: Subject to campus-set rate (ITE-$800; Poly-$900; Uni-$1000)
- Location: 8 Tuas Avenue 1 (onsite; 5 minutes’ walk from Gul Circle MRT)
- Start Date: Subject to campus internship period
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in HR projects such as:
- HR & Payroll Reporting & Analysis
- Workforce Analysis Planning (e.g. Locals versus Foreigners)
- Staff salary bench-marking
- HR Process improvement initiatives
- Policy creation/updates & implementation
- Support local & regional HR reporting:
- Prepare periodic HR reports (headcount, turnover, overtime, leave trends)
- Update HR data in Excel/Word/Powerpoint, or HRIS
- Track KPIs & assist in HR metrics analysis
- Maintain staff records & assist with documentation
- Support ad-hoc HR administrative tasks, as required
- Collaborate with the HR team to streamline processes & improve data accuracy
Requirements
- Current student pursuing a Business, HR, Management, Psychology, or related degree/diploma
- Strong interest in HR operations, projects, & analytics
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with HRIS is a plus
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
- Good communication & teamwork skills
- Able to handle confidential information responsibly
- Positive attitude & eagerness to learn

By the end of the internship, the student will:
