Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns to play a crucial role in the migration of our HR system to SAP, digitalization of HR processes, and consolidation of HR SOPs & policies. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and evolving environment within the HR function of a leading food manufacturing company. 

Responsibilities:

HR System Migration to SAP:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of the migration process.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless transition to the SAP platform.
  • Troubleshoot and provide support during the migration phase.

 

HR Digitalization:

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of digital HR solutions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to streamline HR processes through automation.
  • Provide user support and training on new digital tools.

 

HR SOP & Policies Consolidation:

  • Review existing HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to consolidate and update documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

 

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
