A locally incorporated entity with expansion plans into the SEA region is urgently looking for staffs to filled up its positions internally.
Shortlisted candidates, besides expecting a comprehensive remuneration, may be trained in Investment/Legal/Accounting/Finance by the relevant subject matter experts.
Pre-requisites:
a) Males must have completed NS or completing by November 2017
b) Minimum Diploma or Degree is required
c) Meticulous, disciplined and hardworking individual
d) Street smart; able to think out of the box
e) Fresh Grads/Fresh ORD with no experience welcome

1) Personal Assistant
- acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
- booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
- organising events and conferences
- reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
- typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
- managing databases and filing systems
- implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
- liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
- collating and filing expenses
2) Investment Junior Assistants
- Understanding financial markets and trends
- Analyzing and interpreting financial data from many sources
- Researching current and historical financial market data
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, especially Excel
3) Book keeping Assistants
- Develops system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; defining bookkeeping policies and procedures.
- Maintains subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.
- Balances subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries.
- Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary account summaries.
- Balances general ledger by preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.
- Maintains historical records by filing documents.
- Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends
4) Accounts Manager Juniors (Clientele)
-Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
5) Events coordinator
- Creating event proposals which fit client requirements and presenting proposals by deadline
- Maintaining a working relationship with vendors and venues
- Planning event aspects, such as venue, seating, dining, and guest list
- Delegating event planning tasks to other staff members where necessary
- Demonstrating to clients strong knowledge of venues and vendor offerings and taking clients on tours of venue possibilities
6) Business Development Officer (Junior)
- Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
- Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
