Job Description
You will be travelling to our BlueSG Stations to perform the following tasks:
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out basic diagnosis, repair, maintenance and fault findings for the Electric Vehicles (EVs)
- Ensure the cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the EVs
- Update onboard PC and changing of SIM card
- Balancing / Shifting of EVs to the stations when required
- Handle service anomalies such as unplugged cars, cars parked outside of stations, lost & found, etc
- Report on the information system via PDA
- Communicate with customers about our service when required
Key Requirements:
- Possess a valid Class 3 / 3A / 3C license and a clean driving record
- Prior experience in car grooming or automotive maintenance will be an added advantage
- Honest, reliable, well organized and good communication skills
- Ability to use specialized software such as PDA and diagnostic tablets
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Shift work, required to work on weekdays and / or weekends (5 days, 44 hours work week) - Shift allowance provided
