Bluehive Consulting – Consulting / Strategy Interns

Bluehive Consulting Asia Pte Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Consulting Intern. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in a fast-paced consulting environment and contribute to various projects, including business transformation documentation, digital marketing, and branding initiatives.

Responsibilities:

1. Business Transformation Documentation:

   • Assist in researching, analyzing, and documenting business processes and workflows.
   • Collaborate with consultants to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations.
   • Support the development of business transformation plans, including change management strategies.

2. Digital Marketing:

   • Contribute to the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns.
   • Assist in market research and analysis to identify target audiences and optimize campaign strategies.
   • Create and manage social media content, including posts, updates, and engagement activities.

3. Branding Projects:

   • Support the branding team in developing brand strategies and positioning statements.
   • Assist in conducting market research to identify brand perception and competitors' activities.
   • Contribute to the creation of branding materials, such as presentations, brochures, and website content.

4. Project Management Support:

   • Assist consultants in project planning, tracking, and reporting.
   • Coordinate and schedule meetings, workshops, and client presentations.
   • Prepare project-related documentation, including status reports and presentations.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, preferably from NUS / NTU / SMU
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and offer innovative solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Canva.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude towards taking on new challenges.

Note: This is an internship position with a duration of at least 3 months. The internship provides an opportunity for professional growth and mentorship, allowing interns to gain hands-on experience and contribute to real-world consulting projects.
