Responsibilities:

• Gain a thorough understanding of the tuition services offered, and effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
• Provide tailored school and programme application planning based on students’ academic background, goals, and target institutions.
• Stay updated on admission requirements, curriculum structures, entrance exams, and application timelines of international schools and universities.
• Track students’ learning progress and adjust course plans accordingly to support their academic development.
• Collaborate with teaching and academic teams to ensure student success.
• Work closely with the marketing team to support promotional activities and achieve enrolment and sales targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Prior experience in the education sector.
• Proficient in both English and Chinese to communicate effectively with a predominantly Mandarin-speaking customer base.
• Strong passion for education, with a willingness to learn and keep up to date with the international education landscape.
• Goal-driven, with excellent interpersonal, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other commonly used business tools.
