• Job Description
• Assist customer - on enquiries and to upsell/cross-sell suitable products/plans
• Leads will be provided - call to set appointment to meet if is required
• Manage relations with both new and existing customers
• Fully understand the company products and its services to recommend and advise based on customers requirements
• Strong verbal communication skills (Must be Effectively Bi-lingual) to liaise with multilingual associates.
• Performance oriented with a positive attitude.
• Able to adapt, learn and work independently.
• Able to work under pressure
• Confident and comfortable when conversing with business owners.
