BizReach Inc, Singapore branch operates the website RegionUP (www.regionup.com) as well as a recruitment arm, Bizreach Singapore Pte Ltd (EA16S8284). Dedicated to helping professional/executive level candidates find their dream jobs within the Asia Pacific, RegionUP has been rapidly expanding to draw talent. We now have over 200,000 candidates from United States to Asia Pacific region. We are currently working with around 600 companies in over 18 countries such as Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, China, Australia, UK, Thailand, Myanmar, Vietnam and many more.
Our recruitment arm, Bizreach Singapore Pte Ltd has been set up in 2016 to help employers in need of mid to senior level candidates connect with qualified talents. We are already working with local and overseas company such as KPMG, SMRT with their recruitment. Over in Malaysia, Bizreach has recently set up an office in Kuala Lumpur and have been working with several Malaysia companies such as World Wildlife Fund, Great Eastern and Ogawa.
Intern will gain wide knowledge of the recruitment market and get a chance to be exposed to different roles within the organisation. Interns will get to work with individual teams in Sales, Marketing and Sourcing. Below are what you can contribute to the organisation with:
1) Sales
- Involved in sales analytics; sales analysis and bidding
- Strategise and plan for customer on-boarding
- Review, understand and then initiate improvement for current process
2) Marketing
- Content creation: research and produce content for our online communications with our regional client
- Online campaign scheduling
- Measure results of the campaign
3) Sourcing
- Involved in candidate sourcing and screening
- carry out recruitment solutions to client
Through this project(s), he/ she will have:
Exposure to design thinking
Opportunities to enhance communications, analytical and collaboration skills
Gain exposure in inside sales
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree/ Diploma holder with no prior experience may apply as training will be provided
- Business level English communication is required
- Comfortable using computers and online systems/software tools
- Must be able to adapt to a corporate office setting environment
- Prior experience working in an online business is an added advantage
- Only Singaporeans may apply

Working Hours: 9AM - 6PM (Mon- Fri)

Salary: $800.00 /month
