Bizlink Centre Singapore – Human Resource Intern

Bizlink Centre is a non-profit organization dedicated to serving disadvantaged individuals, in particular persons with disabilities, through training and employment in Singapore. Bizlink is a registered charity with the office of the Commissioner of Charities and is conferred the status of the Institution of Public Character (IPC).

Bizlink has been serving the disability community since 1986. Today, individuals, regardless of their disabilities and disadvantaged background, are enabled through work within an inclusive community.

• Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks (i.e.LinkedIn, Internsg, StartupJobs, Jobstreet)
• Post advertisements on various school portals for interns (July -December 2022 intake)
• Screen resumes and application forms
• Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding of employees
• Maintaining filing of documents
• Assist with payment allowances for clients & interns
• Implementing individual training plans and tracking of training
• Tabulation of the individual learning roadmap from Performance appraisal
• Develop induction programme and materials for new staff
• 
  Job Requirements:
  
  Proficient in MS Office
  Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  Able to work independently and in teams
  Have patience and passion to work with disabilities, the needy, and disadvantaged
