Bizlink Centre Singapore – Food and Beverage Admin Intern

Bizlink Centre is a non-profit organization dedicated to serving the disadvantaged individuals, in particular persons with disabilities, through training and employment in Singapore. Bizlink is a registered charity with the office of the Commissioner of Charities and is conferred the status of the Institution of Public Character (IPC).

Bizlink has been serving the disability community since 1986.Today, individuals, regardless of their disabilities and disadvantaged background, are enabled through work within an inclusive community.

• To create delivery orders for upcoming orders and filing
• To create Food Label Tags
• To be able to type out Menu
• To provide administrative support when necessary
• To assist with daily ordering of goods needed from Kitchen
• Preparation of catering orders before the day of event
• Any other admin duties when required by F&B Executive/Managers

Job Requirements:

• Proficient in MS Office
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently and in teams
• Have patience and passion to work with people with disabilities and the needy and disadvantaged
