About Bizlink
Bizlink Centre is a non-profit organization dedicated to serving the disadvantaged individuals, in particular persons with disabilities, through training and employment in Singapore. Bizlink is a registered charity with the office of the Commissioner of Charities and is conferred the status of the Institution of Public Character (IPC).
Bizlink’s programmes provide a variety of soft skills and on-the-job training that maximize opportunity for participants to reach their fullest potential. Our social enterprises offer a supportive environment for disadvantaged individuals and those with disabilities across several vocations.
Bizlink has been serving the disability community since 1986. Today, individuals, regardless of their disabilities and disadvantaged background, are enabled through work within an inclusive community.
About Bizlink's Social Enterprises - Floral & Hampers
Bizlink Floral & Hamper (F&H) Social Enterprise specializes in festive floral gifts and hampers, which complements Bizlink C&G’s product offerings. Since its humble beginnings in August 2012, F&H trains and employs beneficiaries to assemble floral and hamper gift items such as, fresh floral bouquets, table arrangements, festive hampers, and floral stands.

Reporting Department: Creative (Corporate Gifts and Floral & Hampers), e-Commerce and Marketing (CEM)
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm
Allowance is provided for overtime after working hours.
(This is a 1-year contract position)
- Services existing accounts, obtains orders, work with vendors and agencies to fulfil orders
- Conduct product sharing, sales presentation and establishes new accounts
- Initiate and implement marketing communications strategies to create awareness and demand
- Manage social media marketing and sales channel website
- Develop new sales and marketing channels, new marketing materials for products and seasonal sales
- Recommends changes in products or service with assessment of customers demands
- Manage and work with team of telemarketers, sales administrators, and designers
- Prepare sales report for management reporting
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree Holder in Marketing (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Resourceful and a good team player
- Excellent written communication skills, with good presentation skills
- Strong in administration with an eye for detail
- Proficient and has experience in Adobe and Illustrator
