We specialise in guiding companies through the Career Conversion Programme (CCP) and SkillsFuture Singapore-funded training grants, with a focus on workforce transformation, learning and development, and strategic job redesign.

We work closely with both SMEs and MNCs to:

• Redesign job roles and manage CCP applications, including role justification and robust On-the-Job Training (OJT) plans

• Ensure full compliance and documentation throughout the application and grant lifecycle


Job Description

We are looking for a Remote Business Development Executive, Telemarketer to support our outreach and sales operations in Singapore. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct phone outreach to B2B prospects, primarily HR decision-makers and business owners in Singapore

• Promote BizGrants’ consulting services related to Career Conversion Programmes (CCP)

• Set qualified appointments with interested companies for follow-up by our consultants

• Maintain lead tracking, support follow-ups, and assist in digital prospecting

• Support email outreach efforts (basic knowledge of email marketing is a plus)

Requirements

• Strong verbal communication skills and professional phone presence

• Able to present our value proposition clearly virtually

• Neutral or Singapore-accented tone preferred, due to the high local relevance of government funding schemes

• Prior experience in B2B sales, appointment setting, or customer outreach is advantageous

• Proficient in written and spoken English

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently from home
