- Attach to our Customer Support Department
- Learn and perform daily routine Customer Support Issues such as

- Tech Refresh, IMAC.
- Provide fresh perspective on improving Support Workflow
- Help to analyse support issues and solutions
- Develop Machine Learning System to provide standard solutions.
- Evaluating support systems and implement into our workflow.
