Job Description
Project Coordinator for Fintech Company (Must Have IT Knowledge)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain technical documents of the projects
- Be a document controller for the projects
- Attend project meetings and take notes; follow up on important actions and decision
- Break projects into doable tasks and set time frames and goals
- Ensure project deadlines are met; Maintain complete and accurate record of projects
- Other ad hoc duties as and when assigned
Requirement
- Degree in IT related discipline
- MUST have IT background in order to understand and documented IT projects
- Experience working with different stakeholders
- Having experience in financial services industry is an added advantage
- Project management skills and knowledge
- Solid organisation, time management, and negotiation skills
- Willing to learn, able to work as part of a diverse team
- Must have eligibility to work in Singapore as we will not be able to sponsor any Work pass for this role
