bitwallet Pte. Ltd. – Project Coordinator (English-Chinese Speaking-IT)

Combining the concept of technology and finance, we created a platform to provide customized solution for companies, merchants, freelancers and individuals who needs international payment collection service, integration of credit card API interface to e-commerce sites and personal funds transfer service.

Project Coordinator (English-Chinese Speaking-Must have IT knowledge)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain technical documents of the projects
• Be a document controller for the projects
• Be a communicator between different departments especially Operations and Development team
• Attend project meetings and take notes; follow up on important actions and decision
• Break projects into doable tasks and set time frames and goals
• Ensure project deadlines are met; Maintain a complete and accurate record of projects
• Other ad hoc duties as and when assigned

Requirement

• Degree in IT related discipline
• MUST have IT background (programming/coding) in order to understand and documented IT projects
• Bilingual in both English and Chinese speaking is required for this role
• Experience working with different stakeholders
• Having experience in the financial services industry is an added advantage
• Project management skills and knowledge
• Solid organisation, time management, and negotiation skills
• Willing to learn, able to work as part of a diverse team
• Must have eligibility to work in Singapore as we will not be able to sponsor any Work pass for this role
