In this role, you would be trained in emerging technology like Robotic Process Automation, Smart Workflow, Optical Character Recognition, Machine Learning. You would work with our technology consultants on client projects. You would gain hands on experience system design, development, testing, system documentation, deployment and support. You would be interacting with our clients on user requirements gathering, development clarifications, testing and deployment.
A day in the life of our IT Analyst
Assisting the Senior consultants to:
- Prepare and facilitate workshops and training with clients
- Engaging users for user requirements gathering
- Provide advisory on system design best practice and work with users to derive the final RPA design
- Prepare system design documentation and do design walkthrough with users
- Develop automation according to user requirements, frequently engaging users for clarifications
- Work with users to prepare test scripts and cases
- Conduct UAT with users and ensure issues identified are resolved
- Prepare for system go-live and support
Your profile
- Good degree in Information Technology, Engineering or any other discipline with good programming training
- Strong interest in programming and some exposure to preferably in .Net Framework (vb.NET, C#), Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Academic projects included
- Exposure to Intelligent Automation Technologies like RPA, K2/Nintex, Machine Learning is a plus
- Enthusiastic learner with good command of English (spoken and written).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communicator, able to think-on-your-feet, have a customer service attitude
- Enjoy working in a team and is a good team player
