Biolidics Limited – Operations Officer

Job Description

• Be responsible for packing and fulfilling sales order
• Manage, track and monitor inventory; assist in monthly closing & year-end stock count.
• Initiate purchase order when inventory required are low
• Perform incoming inspections for production goods.
• Assist in production of reagents.
• Optimisation of supply chain
• Perform control on monitoring and measuring equipment to ensure routine calibration.
• Perform all document control activities in accordance to ISO 13485
• Assist in annual audits when required.
• Required to carry weights up to 10 kg (frequency: not daily; around once in 2 weeks)

Working Experience

• One year experience in related field preferred
• Independent worker as well as a good team player
• Attention to detail required
• Good time management and organization skills

Education Qualification

• Minimum higher NITEC qualifications
