Biohackk SG – Event Interns

What you’ll be doing 

As our Events Intern, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting Biohackk’s growing events pillar. You’ll work closely with the Events Experience Lead and the broader Growth Team to bring ideas to life, turning concepts into experiences that people will remember. This is more than just logistics. It’s about learning how to create moments that build trust and inspire action. Your responsibilities include:

 • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing weekly and monthly Biohackk events (Discovery Night, Community Events, KOL Events, etc.) • Manage pre-event preparation, guest registration, goodie bag curation, liaising with vendors, logistics setup • Support on-site operations; registration, ushering, set-up, tear-down, guest experience flow • Work with marketing and creative teams to ensure event assets (posters, slides, videos) are ready on time • Assist in collecting event feedback, compiling attendance data, and preparing post-event reports • Brainstorm fresh event ideas and contribute to making each experience more engaging and memorable.
